Historic Resources Commission

The Historic Resources Commission (HRC) is made up of five members, one appointed by each County Supervisor. The HRC holds regular meetings quarterly in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located on the 5th Floor of the County Building, with additional special meetings as needed.  The HRC reviews proposals to amend the Historic Resources Inventory, applications for changes to the exterior of properties included on the Historic Resources Inventory, and fulfills other duties pertaining to Historic Preservation as provided in Chapter 2.58 of the Santa Cruz County Code and the County General Plan.

Monday, January 6, beginning at 9:30 am.

Monday, April 13, beginning at 9:30 am. (NOTE: This meeting only will be held in the Planning Department Large Conference Room, located on the 4th floor of the County Building, 701 Ocean St.)  NOTE: DUE TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY THIS MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

Monday, July 6, beginning at 9:30 am.

Monday, October 5, beginning at 9:30 am.
NOTE: The Oct. 5 meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday, October 14 beginning at 9:30 am.
