MobileHome Rehabilitation Program

The MobileHOME Rehabilitation Program has been serving Santa Cruz County mobile home owners for numerous years.  This program serves very low-income people and is used to correct life threatening and severe health and safety issues within their mobile home.  There is a maximum loan amount of $25,000 and the loan has an interest rate set at 3% simple, with an option to defer all payments until unit is sold or transferred.
