Applicant's Rights

Resolution Establishing County Policies For Permit Processing Also known as the "Applicants Bills of Rights", this resolution was adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Cruz in 1978. In June 2002, the Board directed the Planning Department to provide this information to the public.
