MobileHome Change-Out Program

At this time, the County is not accepting any new applications.

The MobileHome Change-Out Program was created to assist current mobile home owners with the costs of replacing their old mobile home with a new manufactured home.  This unique program provides mobile home owners with a $60,000 subsidy to assist with the purchase and installation of the new manufactured home.. The program allows people to enjoy higher standard of living, while preserving their home for years to come.  There are no payments and or interest on the subsidy until the unit is sold or transferred. Homes acquired through this program must meet the County’s standard green features.

The County is accepting application for Change Outs in resident or non-profit owned parks only.
