Housing Element Update Information |

The County of Santa Cruz Planning Department is in the process of updating the County's General Plan Housing Element, the document that describes the County's approach to housing development over the course of the next 7 to 10 years. Public participation in this discussion and planning effort is required in order for the final document to accurately reflect our priorities as a community that understands the complex problems facing families and individuals that live and work here. If you are interested in participating in this process, please attend one of the community meetings scheduled during the month of April, or attend the Planning Commission or Board of Supervisors Public Hearings which will take place during May and June 2009.
