First Time Homebuyer Program- Down Payment Assistance

The First Time Homebuyer Program provides a down payment subsidy of up to 25% towards the purchase of a condominium, town home, or single-family residence.  The maximum purchase price is $385,000 and there are no payments or interest on the subsidy until the unit is sold or transferred.
