First Time Homebuyer Program- Down Payment Assistance for Mobile Home

The First Time Homebuyer Program for mobile homes provides a down payment subsidy of up to 25% towards the purchase of a mobile home.  There is a maximum purchase price of $325,000.  There are no payments and or interest on the subsidy until the unit is sold or transferred.   

First Time Homebuyer Program- Down Payment Assistance for Real Estate

The First Time Homebuyer Program for real estate provides a down payment subsidy of up to 2 5% towards the purchase of a condominium, town home, or single-family residence.  The maximum purchase price is $385,000 and there are no payments or interest on the subsidy until the unit is sold or transferred.
