Interested Purchasers Form

From time to time, below market rate units assisted through the County become available for sale.

The County must certify the eligibility of all purchasers, and each unit has specific household size requirements and income qualifications. While sellers are responsible for selecting their own purchasers and may do so independent from the County, some sellers request County assistance in locating an eligible purchaser. As part of this effort, the County maintains a list of potentially interested purchasers. If you are interested in begin notified when a below market rate unit is available, please fill out the form below.

Upon receipt by the County of your interested purchaser form, information about an available unit will be matched to your relevant household characteristics and you will be notified if there is an appropriate unit available for sale.

Keep in mind that, all units available through this program have resale restrictions and cannot be sold for a fair market value.
