The Planning Department offers a resource for owners and tenants of commercial facilities to
assist in compliance with Title III of the Americans Disabilities Act, and the California Building
Standards Code, Title 24. This is and ideal service for a business thinking about tenant
improvements, or one that wants to expand its customer base to include all persons.

You can consult with staff in the Planning Department office with drawings as basis for
discussion -OR- have staff visit you site to conduct a special inspection and work on solutions to
your concerns.
