The proposed project is a multi-phased Master Plan for the Mission Springs Camp and Conference Center. The proposed Master Plan includes: adding three parcels totaling approximately 60 acres to the property, the associated expansion of the permitted number of overnight guests from 500 to 704 guests; conceptual design for new buildings and upgrades to existing buildings at Mission Springs Camp and Conference Center including demolition of existing buildings, construction of three new lodges with capacity for 148 overnight guests, a new dining hall, recognition/permitting of 10 cabins built without permits including the relocation/reconstruction of two cabins and remodeling/repair of other cabins in Frontier Village, a new pool house and related improvements and remodeling/repurposing of several buildings and associated grading, tree removal and infrastructure improvements. 11/20/19
Maplethorpe Lane PUD 181586 037-121-61 (formerly 037-121-60); project located on the east side of Maplethorpe Lane (at 3300 Maplethorpe Land) to the north of Soquel Drive and Highway 1, within the unincorporated community of Soquel in Santa Cruz County. John Swift This project is a proposal to create a common interest subdivision and Planned Unit Development (PUD) containing eleven clustered residential lots and one common area lot for roadway, landscaping and drainage improvements (Figure 2). The clustered single family residential lots would be approximately 2,700 - 4,900 square feet in size with the remainder of the property as common area. Prior to the subdivision of the parcel, lot line adjustments are proposed with three adjacent parcels (APNs 037-311-17, -18 and 037-121-50). The proposal would require approval of a Lot Line Adjustment, Planned Unit Development, Subdivision, Residential Development Permit and Roadway / Roadside Exception). 11/04/19
Davenport Drinking Water Imnprovement Project N/A N/A County Right-of-Way Davenport County Sanitation District, Attn: Rodney Trujillo This project involves water system improvements at four separate locations under pavement or in ruderal habitat along paved road rights-of-way in the town of Davenport. Work will include replacing a water pipeline under Old Coast Road south of Fair Avenue, installing five new water meters and a new fire hydrant, and connecting seven new water meters at three other locations.
